Motherhood was never meant to be a solo journey. In generations past, mothers raised their children within a village—a strong, supportive community where help was offered without hesitation, wisdom was shared, and no one carried the weight alone. But in today’s world, so many of us find ourselves doing just that—trying to be everything for everyone without the support we deeply need.
This month, we’re talking about the village mindset—what it means to build, accept, and lean on support in motherhood. Why is it so hard to ask for help?
